2005 film reviews
For those of you who read Spanish and are interested in films, my suspicious friend has posted a list of short reviews for all the movies he saw in 2005.

Thoughts on physics, maths, science, philosophy, and anything else that may cross my mind, plus news about my current life for distant friends, by an Argentinian in the second third year of his PhD at the University of Nottingham.

Many thanks for the link, but I must clarify something: the movie reviews I posted refer not to all the films I saw in 2005, only to the ones that were shown in Argentina in 2005 at movie theatres. The list doesn't include films I saw in 2005 at movie theatres that were originally premiered in Argentina in another year (for example, old films like "Quadrophenia") nor films I saw in 2005 at movie festivals that haven't had an official release here (like "Silver city"). It does include films I saw on TV or cinema in past years but were released here in 2005 and it doesn't include films I saw on TV. To summarize: the reviews include all the films I saw that were shown in commercial cinema releases in Argentina in 2005 and only in that year (whether I saw them in theatres or on TV).
If the list included all films I saw in 2005 (as the blogger claimed), there would be 220 movies instead of 71.
Hey, I'm not crazy, it's just statistics... Thanks again for the publicity!

Yes, I knew that, but I couldn't think of a short way to say it in English (a translation for "estrenos") and so I just left it like that, thinking that anyway anyone who clicked on the link and read your post would understand. I confess that I was half-expecting that you would correct me...
